Pricing is confirmed after a scoping discussion that helps us understand your organization's size, existing documentation, and specific needs. There are no surprise additions — scope and cost are agreed before work begins.
How is confidentiality handled?
A mutual non-disclosure agreement is standard at the outset of every engagement. We do not reference client names or organizational details in any external communications without explicit written consent. Discretion is not an option for us — it is a baseline.
